9. HANDMADE JEWELLERY AND MINOR DESIGN VARIATIONS

Handmade production can naturally result in minor variations.
Accordingly, two pieces of jewellery described as the same design may have small differences in:

Customers should retain the original invoice.
Where a HUID is applicable, customers may verify it using the BIS Care App's "Verify HUID" facility.
11. WEIGHT OF JEWELLERY

The applicable invoice shall record the relevant transaction particulars.
For jewellery containing stones or other materials, customers should distinguish between:
